📍 Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment partners . Depending on the product and your location, items are shipped from our international warehouses in Europe, the U.S, or Asia.

🚚 How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe & USA: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, Australia, UK: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been processed and shipped.

⏳ When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also use our “Track Order” page on the website.

My tracking number isn’t updating—what should I do?
This is completely normal in the first few days while the package is in transit. If it hasn't updated after 5–7 days, feel free to contact us at homifyzstore@gmail.com


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty on arrival.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
